My approach is integrative, combining depth psychology, person-centered work, Jungian thought, CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and dreamwork to create a personalized path toward self-actualization.

I work with individuals, couples, and families, focusing on effective communication and the development of healthier, more supportive relational patterns. In session, I help clients reduce the grip of negative thought patterns, build mindfulness and self-reflection, and access the transformative power of their own thinking. I believe active engagement in the therapeutic process — not passive attendance — is what leads to lasting change.

Some behavioral activation is often necessary as a catalyst: insight alone rarely moves us. Understanding a pattern and interrupting it are two different acts, and therapy holds room for both.

“My focus is helping people actualize their true potential, accomplish their goals, and live their best lives.”

Training & approach

How my training shapes the work

Education

MA, Counseling Psychology, with an emphasis in Depth Psychology — Pacifica Graduate Institute, a program rooted in Jungian, archetypal, and mythological approaches to the psyche.

Depth & Jungian work

I draw on Jung's model of the psyche — the shadow, archetypes, and the process of individuation — alongside parts work, to help clients meet the aspects of themselves that feel exiled, unacceptable, or unfinished.

Evidence-based tools

Depth work is paired with practical, structured tools — CBT, DBT, solution-focused strategies, and mindfulness — so insight has somewhere to land in daily life.

Family systems

With couples and families, I look at the system as a whole — roles, loyalties, and inherited patterns — rather than locating the "problem" in one person.

Bilingual practice

Sessions are available in English and Spanish, honoring the cultural and linguistic context clients bring into the room.
